"These are great pumps, I love them, robust, fab design, terrific laces, so why the 1 star? I ordered size 8 which were way too big so returned them for a size 7. The 7 was way too small! It was like I’d got a size 9 & 6 instead. Very disappointed & 2 lots of return postage to pay to boot. ( excuse the pun ☹️)"
