"The website recommended sizing up, but the size I then ordered were waaay too big. Unfortunately return postage isn’t included so I then had to pay €15 to return them. Then I ordered the correct size, but was sent the wrong size again, this time by mistake! I haven’t received a refund yet for either pair, so I’m now €100 out of pocket and still don’t have the shoes. Feels a bit stupid to order again?"
